냉동 compressor 와 PID heater (열선) 의 상호작용을 microprocessor control 에 의한 온도 조절 방식
=> A heater PID : ±0.2 ℃, Compressor ON-OFF system : ±1℃

8-bit microcomputer 에 의한 정밀한 온도 구현

내부 온도의 보존 효율을 높히기 위한 CFC free Foamed-in-plaxe Rigid Polyurethane insulator를 사용

chamber 내부의 빛 차단 기능

* chamber 내부 빛이 필요할 경우 : 내부 형광등 점등
* chamber 내부 빛이 없어야 할 경우 : 내부 형광등 소등 및 door 의 glass 에 light shielding plate 부착

설정온도에서 ±2.5℃ 를 벗어나면 Incubator 의 LED display 가 먼저 10분간 깜빡이고 그 후 경보음 발생

Over-temperature 방지를 위한 별도의 온도 sensor 및 과열방지회로
내부 온도 측정을 위한 주 온도측정회로 외에 비정 상적 온도가 발생했을 때 이를 확인하는 온도 sensor 와 과열방지회로 (excessive temperature prevention circuit) 가 별도로 존재한다.
이 회로는 주 온도 sensor 및 microprocessor 가 고장이 나는 최악의 경우가 발생하여도 Incubator 의 heater 또는 compressor 의 작동을 멈추어 기기를 보호하게 한다.

Incubator 작동 도중 전원이 나가도 작동중인 promgram 을 5시간 동안 memory 하는 Programmed Memory Backup Mechanism

Key lock switch가 있어 setting 값의 변화를 방지

기기에 error 가 발생했을 때 이를 진단하는 자가진단기능 (Self Diagnostic Function이 malfunction) 내장되어 LED display 에 표시
